Rosecrest in Herriman

January 20, 2017

For years, McArthur Homes has been building new homes in the Rosecrest community. We are sold out in Providence Point and nearly sold out in Rosecrest Meadows. We are excited to announce that we will continue building in this beautiful neighborhood with more home sites coming in 2017!

Rosecrest boasts spectacular views and better air quality in a master-planned community that includes Blackridge Reservoir and the future home of Real Salt Lake’s 50 Million Dollar training facility and charter school.

The Mountain View Corridor and Bangerter Highway provide easy access from anywhere in Salt Lake and Utah Counties.

An 85-acre retail complex called Mountain View Place is under construction and is just minutes away. Mountain View Place will include outdoor shopping, restaurants, and a movie theater.

Trax (light rail) and a Salt Lake Community College campus are also planned along with more walking trails and parks.

Whether you work downtown or in Silicon Slopes, you owe it to yourself to check out one of the nation’s fastest-growing areas. If you’re a frequent traveler, Salt Lake International Airport is only 20 miles away. If you love skiing, there are world-famous ski resorts as close as 25 miles.
