Parade of Homes Winner

August 4, 2015

We are so pleased to announce that our beautiful, brand new Cordova model home has won Best of Category for the 2015 Salt Lake Parade of Homes! The Cordova home is located in The Meadows of Rosecrest in Herriman and fits the $350,000-500,000 Parade of Homes category.

Ron McArthur said, “I am super pleased with this award and think it speaks well of exactly what we try to do.  In some ways, it is easy to make a home that sells for $1M to $5M cool and impressive, but we must always be looking at doing the best we can within a limited budget that fits the affordability of Utah homebuyers.  To win this award against so many other builders that participate in this price range, and to be a price range that fits so many Utah home buyers is indeed something we can all be proud of.”

The Cordova was also a winner several years ago in the Utah Valley Parade of Homes, making this fantastic home design a two-time Parade winner. The home was designed by McArthur Homes to perfectly accommodate busy families. The home includes a large mud room with cubbies, a handy drop-zone, open kitchen and family room, large walk-in closets in every bedroom and a flexible loft space. You can visit the Cordova model home in Herriman to see just what makes this plan so Award-Winning.
